Resolution authorizing a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Black Diamond Police Officers Association. Failed 2-3 (Morgan, Weber, Pepper voting no)

Motion for reconsideration of this resolution at the next meeting on November 3rd. Passed 5-0

Monday, October 24 – EMERGENCY RADIO NETWORK: Unanimously authorized a 25-year lease enabling the Puget Sound Emergency Radio Network Project to occupy and use a portion of Bothell’s Norway Hill Communications Site (Substitute Ordinance 2016-0337.2).

PASSENGER FERRY: Relating to passenger ferry service, revising passenger ferry fares (Proposed Ordinance 2016-0481).
