Mayor Carol Benson presided over the Thursday, August 3, City Council meeting with one Councilmember (Deady) absent.
Resolution No. 17-1180, adopting a Capital Improvement Plan for the Years 2017-2022. Passed 3-1 as amended (Edelman voting no). Mayor Benson deemed the resolution as “INCOMPLETE.”

Motion; the proposed contract for Traffic Consultant to work on the Comprehensive Plan be directly with the City and not through a subcontractor and be amended to include the items in Exhibit A and such an amended contract proposal be sent as soon as possible by the City to DKS asking them to respond to the City with an estimate of time and cost to do the work. Passed 3-1 with amendment (Edelman voting no)

Councilmembers are in summer recess until their next regular City Council meeting on Monday, September 11.
