Kathleen McKenna Pollock Carr
April 18, 1961 – September 7, 2016
Kathleen (Kathy) McKenna Pollock Carr, daughter of Agnes McKenna Stevenson Pollock and Rex Duane Pollock, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 55 on September 7th, 2016 after battling complications from a sudden heart attack. Kathy is survived by her husband Kevin Michael Carr; four children, Tony, Rachel, Kyle and April; four grandchildren, Rory, Aubrey, Miles and Liam; and seven siblings. She is predeceased by her son Rory Brent Carr and both parents.
Kathy, a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School, earned a degree in early childhood education from Ricks College in Rexburg, ID. She loved children and taught preschool out of her home for many years and recently worked as a server at a Tacoma Shari’s restaurant. She touched the lives of all who she came in contact with and will be sorely missed.
