Ordinance No. 17-1092, amending the Budget for Calendar Year 2017, as adopted by Emergency Ordinance No. 16-1083, as amended by Ordinance No. 17-1088 for Pothole Repair and Emergency Repairs, and Providing for an effective date and severability. Passed 5-0

Ordinance No. 17-1093, amending BD Municipal Code 10.40.060, to Clarify Offense of Inattentive Driving. Passed 3-2 (Morgan, Weber voting no)

Resolution No. 17-1175, awarding the Low Bid on the Citywide Emergency Pothole Repair and Road Maintenance Project to Tony Lind Paving LLC. Passed 5-0

Resolution No. 17-1176, awarding the Low Bid on the Roberts Drive Roadway Improvements Project to JR Hayes & Sons, Inc. Passed 5-0
